Q. Can I change or cancel an order item?

Cancellation is possible if it is within 24 hours after order completion. Please contact us at contact@toiro.eu.

Q. The delivered product differs from the defective item or the order content

When "defective item" or "item different from ordered content" arrives, we will promptly exchange / return goods. We will guide you on how to respond, please contact us. We will bear the shipping fee for returning. When there is no replaceable stock, we may correspond by refund.

Q. Can I return it?

If the item you purchase is within 10 days of arrival, you can return it regardless of whether the item is defective or not. However, in the following cases we can not accept returns / exchange of goods.

· Used, remodeled, laundered, cleaned items

· Delivery note.If the product tag · label · accessory is lost

· Products that are damaged, contaminated, missing, etc. as compared with the time of delivery at the time of return (including boxes, accessories of goods, but not limited to them) at the time of return
