Delivery delay

For France: You will receive your parcel within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends)

For other countries: You will receive your package within 7-10 working days (excluding weekends).

In the unlikely event that the product does not arrive on hand after two weeks from your order, please contact us using the contact details below. You can check the delivery status of your order in real time from the delivery status in "Order history".


Which delivery service will ship my order and what are the delivery options?

Shipping of TOÏRO items is ensured by Colissimo or DPD.

About the expedition

If the total price of the product is more than 200 euros (taxes included), we will deliver it to you free of charge. * If the total price of the items is 199.99 euros (taxes included) or less, the delivery costs will vary depending on the total weight of the items ordered. Please check the display during payment.

Cancellation and return

Cancellation or modification of products ordered

You can cancel or change within 24 hours after ordering, but be sure to check the color, price, quantity, etc. Before ordering. If you want to cancel or change the settings, please contact us by email.

If the product is defective or different from the order

If a "defective product" or "a product different from what you ordered" arrives, we will exchange or return the product as soon as possible. Please contact us by email as we will show you how to respond. We will bear the shipping costs for the return. If there is no exchangeable stock, we can offer a refund.

About product returns

You can return the product purchased within 10 days of arrival, whether the product is defective or not. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product. Please contact us for more details on the return procedure.

However, we cannot accept returns in the following cases.

  1. Used products that have been repaired, washed or cleaned
  2. Delivery note: if you lose the product label, label or accessory
  3. Items that are damaged, dirty or lost when returned (including, but not limited to, boxes and accessories).
  4. Products with odors, stains or scratches on customer's products
  5. Sale items
  6. Items ordered using the gift wrapping service

Notes on returns

Be sure to keep a copy of the delivery note until the refund is completed. Please avoid using a return method that does not leave a copy of the delivery note, such as regular mail, to avoid problems.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping costs unless the product delivered is defective or if the product delivered is different from the product ordered.

If you have returned the goods for your convenience and paid freight prepaid, we will deduct 20 euros for a lump sum refund.
